Frequently asked questions.

How do you ship artwork?

I ship through USPS and UPS domestically. All work is packaged with care and is carefully shipped. It will leave my studio within 4-5 business days and I will email you once it is on it’s way to you. Most orders are shipped USPS with tracking.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes. I frequently ship overseas. If you would like an estimate of the cost, please contact me prior to purchase. Any additional duties, border fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and will be charged where necessary. I am not responsible for delays or charges at customs. If you like to have insurance on your artwork, please let me know.

Do you take returns?

I want you to be happy with your artwork. I try to photograph each piece in true light and provide details for you. That said, check colors on different screens if color is a concern for you. Please realize, colors will be slightly different in person.

All original artwork and fine art giclees are final sale. If you have any concerns, please contact me.

What if something is lost or damaged?

All shipments are packaged with the utmost care before leaving the studio. On a rare occasion, should something occur during shipping, please notify me within 3 days of your receipt of your package. You must initiate the claim from your end and I will help you to resolve the issue.

How often do you release your Collections?

I release 3-4 collections per year. If you sign up for my email list, I will give you plenty of notice about upcoming releases. I also release small works and studies in between the collections which go to my email list subscribers first. Here’s a link to my email list .

Do you take commissions?

I do open up commission slots a few times a year. Should you have an idea or want to discuss it, please get in touch. I’d love to hear from you.

Who owns the artwork?

All artwork is the sole property of Artist Leila Hooper and is held under copyright. The images, artwork, and contents of this website may not be copied, collected, or used for personal or professional gain without the written permission from Leila Hooper

Please note that I retain all rights to all artwork, even those of sold and commissioned paintings. I retain the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork I create. The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without the artist's written permission.
